Former Ohio State wide receiver Carnell Tate went old-school while picking his Mount Rushmore of Buckeyes wide receivers at the NFL scouting combine.

After Tate revealed his top four picks to CBS Sports, the interviewers were shocked to hear no current NFL players despite the numerous Ohio State wide receivers in the league.

"That's Mount Rushmore," Tate said. "[It's] who paved the way for us."

Ginn led the Buckeyes in receptions during the 2006 NFL season. He was known for his versatility as a kick returner and punt returner. He holds the program record for all-time punt return touchdowns (6), punt return yards per attempt in a season (25.6) and kickoff return touchdowns (2, tied with Lenny Willis and Dean Sensanbaugher).

Carter is fourth on the Buckeyes' career reception list with 191. He went on to an illustrious career in the NFL; the Hall of Famer was an eight-time Pro Bowler and two-time first-team All-Pro.

The Buckeyes leading receiver in 1997 and 1998, Boston is second on the Buckeyes' career receptions (191) and receiving touchdowns list (34). He has the third-most receptions and second-most receiving yards in a single season, putting up 1,435 yards on 85 receptions in 1998.

Santonio Holmes led the Buckeyes in receiving yards in 2004. After getting drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers, Holmes made one of the most memorable game-winning catches of all time against the Arizona Cardinals in Super Bowl XLIII.
